Service Description
Rate includes Friday prior to Wedding for a Full Day Rental for the Rehearsal Dinner, Saturday full Day for the Wedding reception and including the use of the Outdoor Wedding Space along with Any 6 hr time slot open on a Sunday prior to the Big Wedding Weekend for a Brunch, or a Shower (Your Choice). Included in price is the use of the Lovely Outdoor Venue along with the table linens needed for the Wedding Reception only for up to 15 combined (Guest, Buffet, or Hi top bar tables). I do have additional linens available for a small fee, so please Ask about the Additional items list.
Cancellation Policy
All Booking Fees paid in the form of a deposit is non refundable. Any fees paid over the initial booking fee is refundable if canceled within 45 days of scheduled event date. All fees will be refunded to the person that paid them in the form in which they paid them unless it was paid in cash then fees will be refunded by Check or Money Order. There is No exceptions.
